The Frank R. Southers Law Endowment Award for Excellence Torts

Award(s) from this fund shall provide financial assistance to students who receive the highest grade in their Torts section. Student(s) selection will be subject to the approval/recommendation of the Dean of the School of Law or the appointed designee of the Dean. The final decision on distribution from this fund shall be made by the Director of Financial Assistance and Enrollment Operations (or successor). Awards(s) shall be made to students in the semester following the completion of their Torts class. The award amount shall be equally divided among the top Torts students in each of the three full-time Law Sections.
